Well, well, well. Here's a piece of news that is sure to knock the socks off Asia Pacific Poker Tour players. Today, the APPT announced its final stop of Season 5, and it's one of the most popular destinations on the tour.
April 25-30, the Waterfront Airport Hotel and Casino in Cebu, Philippines will host the final event of the APPT's fifth season. Last season, Vivan Im beat out 236 players for the PHP 5.81 million first prize. Since then, she's become a Team PokerStars Pro. She'll be back in April to defend her title.
The APPT Cebu PHP 100,000 (US $2,350) buy-in main event will be an official Asia Player of the Year event.
All of PokerStars qualifiers will once again get a room in Cebu's best hotel, the Shangri-La Mactan Resort and Spa.
